Hmmm.  I have processed all tickets in the queue from 5/9 and earlier.  Not sure if I recall your message specifically.

Since you are obviously able to log in on one machine, why are you asking for a password reset email anyway?  Why not reset your password yourself while you are logged in, via the Edit Profile link on the top of the page?

I did use my username from the forgotten password e-mail and still have the problem.

I'm still having the same issue too.  I tried all the suggestions above, but still can't login from my home PC.

 Edit: I just tried changing my password from my work laptop and it wouldn't let me change it ("An error occurred while attempting to change your password. Please try again.").  I'm guessing that maybe I just don't know what my existing password is, as I've reset it a few times from my home PC.  I'm almost afraid to logout of the site on my laptop now because I don't think I'd be able to log back in again.
