I was searching for something and found this thread.  It reminds me of this problem.  It has been already a year now.  The problem still remains unresolved, at least to me.  Whenever I have to login onto this site, I need to make sure that I am NOT on IE 7.   Whenever I have a problem with IE 7, everything will work well with other browsers.  A lot of sites I visited seem not to support well with IE 7.  JavaScript error is one of them.  Some of official Microsoft sites also have the similar problem occasionally.  The problem on IE7 is very annoying.  For this particular case, the user won't be able to log in because IE7 keeps looping this error message "...Internet Explorer has blocked this website from displaying content with security certificate errors.  Click here for options."
