Problem with blinking mouse pointer when it is moved over Rating control. It happens only in IE6, not in Firefox. And only when it is in between the stars.

Any hints how to fix it?

    Hi Andru,

Does this sample works on your computer?  http://www.asp.net/AJAX/AjaxControlToolkit/Samples/Rating/Rating.aspx    If it works, please download the sample from here and compare it with yours.  Otherwise, you'd better check your system environments.

If your problem is still there after following the instructions, please post a simple repro here.  Before posting, please remove all the unnecessary parts away from your sample.

    Best regards,

    Jonathan

the sample works fine. however, when the mouse pointer is in between the stars, the cursor chnges (briefly!) from a hand shape into something else, and that produces .. i'd say an "ugly blinking" pointer.

Again, it's only in IE6 (latest updates). Firefox - no blinking, cannot test with IE7, as they can not side by side

    Hi Andru,

I have tested on IE7. It works here.  I suspect that on IE 6 when the mouse pointer is in between the stars, the cursor will change since it will be shown as a hand only on the star itself.

    Best regards,

    Jonathan.
