On my webpage I want to show an instant help content whenever user 's mouse hover on a hyperlink or a question mark image, Something like

Is this kind of behavoir can be achieved by a simple javascript or should I use Ajax controls?  

Should I use HoverMenu or animation or other better Ajax Tool Kit control that I did not aware of?  I am just starting check out these exciting Ajax tool kit controls.

If yur content panel is showed on many controls, you'd better use Javascript + Animation.  http://forums.asp.net/t/992919.aspx     

If only few controls has this function,  HoverMenu  is a better choice due to its convenience.
