I will start by stating I am a complete novice with Dreamweaver.
I have created a website that displays ok in Explorer...Firefox however shows all the borders that the tables and layers make up my site.
Can this be fixed or is this a problem with firefox browser?
You might want to start designing for Firefox first and then fixing things in IE, that is the way I do things and works out great.
Another thing that you will hear alot is learn HTML and CSS, this will make life easier regardless of the tool you choose to use.
Do you have a url for the site in question? If we can look at the code we can give you better advice on how to fix your issues.
