how can i implement a load balancing of a web application? 

How can i redirect registerd users to certain servers, or user who required media contents to ceertain servers?

Can i load balancing 2 virtual directory (2 web site url) that points to the same directory? eg. www.microsoft.it and www.microsoft.com that points to c:\inetpub\www\microsoft
