I searched and the 2.0 SDK this seems to be the latest...
...but I am not sure.
Is there a new Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SDK?
Is 2.0 the latest version of the SDK?

I've been looking for a download, but for now, the SDK is located online at MSDN.
There is a pre-release version of the Windows SDK for Windows Server 2008 and .NET Framework 3.5 available for download. I suspect that these will be combined for release, so we're waiting on Windows 2008 to go live.
Here's the link:

To get the latest 2.0 SDK, we can download the 2.0 SP1, which provides cumulative roll-up updates for customer reported issues found after the release of Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0. Link:

If this helps, please feel free to let me know.
I hope this helps.

I too had difficulty in finding the 3.5 sdk.
The below link is for .net framework 3.5 download and not .net framework 3.5 SDK.

You need to look for the Windows 2008 SDK. The .NET 3.5 SDK is part of that.
