I dunno if anyone tried it before I just check codeproject.com and here but could not find this kind ready to use system. anyway I made sqlite profile provider and took membership and role provider from here.

 can you tell me your ideas and test results about this sqlite membership role profile providers.

I think those providers should work on SQLite database without problem.

SQLite is a embedded database which is just DLLS and doesn't require to install as service, Sometime I also use it for testing purposes
