I'm trying to make an multi-language applikation with Visual Studio 2005 Team Edition. I found a page describing it, telling me to use the resource generator under the tool menu (Tools > Generate Local Resources). But I don't have this tool. Is it something wrong with my version of Visual Studio 2005 or do I have to buy Visual Studio 2005 Proffessional or something?

The menu 'Tools > Generate Local Resources' is available when you display an aspx page.

I'm using Visual Studio. But are resource files working only for web pages? What about windows forms (applications)? How do I add support support for both Norwegian and English text on my lables, buttons and menus?
