    I have a laptop with a clean installation of Windows Vista Ultimate and Visual Studio 2005 SP1 running in Administrator mode.  For some reason, I cannot find the ASPNET or the IIS_*** type users anywhere.  Where can I find them?  I really don't think they got install, so how do I reinstall these users and give them the appropriate permissions?

    You can't stop entropy so why even try?

    try running aspnet_regiis -i command from visual studion command line tool
