Using ODBC and visual studio isn't intended as a tool to manage a database. What little design time support is available is there to help you write your applications. If you want to manage a server checkout EMS MySQL Manager from Electronic Microsystems. It
can be found at http://ems-hitech.com/mymanager/(the only tool I use anymore). You can also give MySQL Control Center a try. It's from the makers of MySQL, but only in beta and not as richly featured. It's located
at:http://www.mysql.com/products/mysqlcc/index.html Enjoy. Derek
