I'm trying to use both the ValidatorCallout Extender in conjunction with a ConfirmButton Extender, however, when I get a field (blank selection from a dropdownlist) that fails validation (per it's according required field validator) my confirm button still pops up at the same time as the control validator message balloon.  Is there anyway that I can supress the Confirm Message Box (on a submit button click) when a required validator fails, thus displaying the validator callout balloon error?

In addition, in searching this site there are a lot of problems not only with the Validator control but others as well not to mention how each control when put into the same fishbowl together can fight like a bunch of Pirahnas =).

As a result I'm going to stick with client side vaildation of my own (that works) until these bugs can be worked out.
