    Hi,

Is it common to find alot of bugs running this app?  I am wondering if it's my tinkering that's causeing more bugs or if there are just allot of bugs in the app.  How difficults is this to get up a running?  Should I download a new starter kit or keep working on this one?

I just fixed the userlist dropdown to work, now the ProjectList doesn't have data to bind with.  Have other had these problems?

    Any comments would help

    Mike

    Check out this thread:  http://forums.asp.net/thread/1128178.aspx

It goes over a lot and was a big help for me.  There are a lot of bugs in time tracker.  I've had to make a lot of fixes and changes to make it operable.

TimeTracker has many problems. I've worked on it for hours and cannot get it to work. I wish Microsoft would at least fix all of the bugs that have been identified so that we all don't have to spend hours pulling our collective hair out and reinventing the wheel.

     Good luck to you.

    Hi again,

I was just checking in after a few weeks of playing with TimeTracker.  I beleive allot of the bugs and unfinished code are just ways MS uses to get you up on your feet and rolling.  It is easy to fix the first few bugs to get the app up and running, then you fix some more and more functionality of the app works, and then you make your own little tweeks and enhancements and it snowballs until you are well on your way.  So don't get frustrated like I did a few wekks ago, just keep rolling on.  Its a great learning tool.
