  How to find out portal language from code?

  How can I find out the current language of the pages? I have some modules that display different data

  depending on the language so I need to find out in code which language is currently used..

It Create on 3/31/2007  ,but www.rainbowportal.net is disable these days.I want to contact Rainbowportal Offical site,How can I?
