Is there any web site which could be used for locating skilled DNN volunteers who might be willing to assist a leading New York based Conservation organization with it roll out a DNN Portal to over 2000 users in 50 countries across the globe?

We want someone who is interested in working with users, uploading and testing modules and possibly coding additional modules.  Any advice where to look would be appreciated.   

We are looking for the following assistance and appreciate these might be covered by one or many people:

i) Optimizing our DNN installation (this will include DNN configuration, server configuration and some monitoring of the impact of bandwidth limitations on the performance of our server)

ii) Managing and supporting our users

iii) Managing our DNN installation, such as testing and uploading new modules, monitoring logs etc

iv) Creation of new modules.
