I am a moderately skilled, self-taught Access Developer, who has done mostly in-house work. I have come to the conclusion that one of my bigger past projects is a good candidate for both a hosted and standalone application for the industry I'm in, non-profit. The SQL Server backend needs a little redesign, but mostly its the presentation that needs help. Access is great for easy, rapid development and deployment, but it just doesn't quite cut it as a deployable or hosted solution. I've been trying to teach myself .net, but alas, I'm just not a professional developer. Are you?!

If you "gotz skillz", have references, can show me some examples of your work, and have the work ethic and professionalism of a forty-year-old, rather than that of a twelve-year-old, please contact me. If you are actually 12, and a prodigy, I might make allowances; I'm a pretty flexible guy (but your paycheck is going into your college fund, sorry). A brief overview of the project is as follows:

Asp.net (C#, VB.net, other - programmers choice) frontend with SSL, security, roles, etc. Mixed mode authentication for local/remote access. Backend has about 100 tables, and they all need display forms with lock/unlock for edit, and role-based permissions.
Recommend/implement necessary backend changes.
Upload photos, documents, etc. (Especially if you can implement the local TWAIN or other scanner driver!), tied to the records.
Acrobat Output for reports (I personally am a fan of REAL Acrobat, but packaging that is probably too costly, and the javascript/distiller interoperation is just a hassle. I'm open to suggestions).
Charts/graphs/Report server?
Audited changelogs for certain tables/fields (So we can find the garbage-in, garbage out culprit!)
Spell check/fancy input just like I'm using right now.
Limited capability Mobile Device access.
An idiot-resistant INSTALLER for the stand-alone version.
A timekeeping/timeclock functionality, simple secure clock in/out.
Very simple document management, no check in/check out, just upload, download, print, and search.
Key-codes and instant-activate for add-on premium modules like #9 & #10, above.
Full text search, especially if it includes searchable PDF's

Ok, maybe not so brief, but it's a complex project. We can work out hourly rates (headhunters/agencies ok, too), flat quotes, and I'm open to silent partner/ownership stakes/royalty agreements, too, if you would like residuals/backend income. Telecommuting Ok, but if it's billable hours, there will have to be some verification process. Local to Los Angeles area is better. Offshore is fine for initial build, but since the client information is VERY confidential, there won't be any chance for work offshore once it goes live. I simply can't afford the liability. For me to consider an ongoing post-release relationship, you'll have to get a LiveScan, just like a teacher/childcare worker.

Is anyone interested in entering into an ASP.net NVC support service agreement whereby, for an agreed upon monthly fee, a prescribed amount of questions would be FULLY answered to the person asking the question's satisfaction and with an agreed upon turnaround time?

e.g.

20 ASP.net full answers a month, to be answered within 24 hours of questions being received for an agreed upon monthly fee.

I've not had luck looking for established services and schools online that would provide this level of support. I thought I would throw the idea out there to see what ideas result.
